Wine and Flavors Meeting 2015

The " Wine and Flavors Meeting 2015", at the Lisbon Congress Center, was the stage for the presentation and prizes of the third edition of the 'Cheeses Competition of Portugal 2015', an initiative of the National Association of Dairy Industry (ANIL). In addition to the twenty elected as Best Cheeses of Portugal, there are 40 distinguished references with honorable mentions, in a universe of almost two hundred cheeses that were put to the test this year.

Cheese, as well as milk and all dairy products, is a food that has accompanied the evolution of humanity for thousands of years. It is present in about 90% of Portuguese homes and is recognized as an excellent food supplement for its nutritional properties.
